This Paris apartment is a large 2B apartment (3-rooms) with hardwood floors, a balcony, high and stylish ceilings, and a marble bathroom. It is located on the 5th floor of a very well maintained 19th century Hausmanian building with elevator, security code and interphone. This apartment was fully renovated in 2003.

The area is very pleasant and safe. Ave Rene Coty is a quiet and airy tree-lined avenue ending at the delightful Parc Montsouris. Supermarkets, bakeries, etc are just a few minutes walk away, and all kinds of traditional and larger stores can be found ave General Leclerc. Those who like cooking will enjoy strolling down rue Daguerre, which has numerous stores selling fresh produce and regional specialties.

This apartment is close to metro/RER Denfert-Rochereau, which takes you to the Latin Quarter (2 stops) and Montparnasse in less than 10 minutes, and metro Saint-Jacques, which takes you directly to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysees (in 15min). 5 bus lines are available within a few minutes walk.

This Paris apartment has one large French window in each room. They are double-glazed, so the rental is very quiet.

The larger bedroom has a confortable double bed, a desk and chair, as well as an antique marble fireplace, typical of Hausmanian buildings built at the end of the 19th cent.

This Paris apartment is very confortable for 4 or 5 people. However it can accomodate a 6th person by adding a single bed in the smaller bedroom.

At the centre of the 14th arrondissement can be found the neighbourhood of Denfert-Rochereau known for its square guarded by the Lion de Belfort; a superb sculpture by Bartholdi, who also designed the Statue of Liberty.

How to Reserve an Apartment?

1. Send us an email indicating your exact dates, the number of people in your party, and which Paris apartments you are interested in.
2. Once we have confirmed that the apartment you would like is available, we ask that you reconfirm with us that you wish to reserve these dates, and send your reservation deposit and booking form.
3. We require a 30% deposit to reserve the apartment. The remaining 70% payment and the security deposit are due two months before your arrival date.
We require 100% payment for any booking made later than two months before your reservation date.

4. When we have received your rental deposit amount, we will fax you a signed rental agreement as receipt. We ask that you initial, sign and date the agreement and fax it back to us. The daily and weekly rental fees include all utilities (specifically, electricity, water, garbage collection, heating), building maintenance, cleaning for your arrival and after your departure, bedding & towels, and all relevant taxes. Monthly rental fees do not include utilities.
5. Forms of Payment.
You can send us a check in US dollars or Euro or a money order through Fedex or priority mail to Henriette Marsolier, 28 ave Rene Coty, 75014 Paris, France.

You can also send us the funds by bank transfer.
6. The security deposit is $150, for less than 3 week stays, $300 for 3 to 10 week stays and 1 month rent for stays longer than 10 weeks. It will be used in the case of damage to the apartment, the furniture in the apartment, loss of a key or to pay your phone bill. If all is in order upon check-out, the deposit will be returned within 2 weeks, otherwise we will deduct accordingly.
